We move fast to get your order out. Because preparation is so quick, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need a hand, email info@vibesshades.com immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

Once your shades leave the warehouse, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. If it doesn’t work right away, give it a few hours for the system to update.

We ship worldwide.

No. All taxes and duties are covered at checkout or included in the price. No surprise fees on delivery.

No. We are 100% online. This allows us to cut retail markups and ship premium hardware directly from the factory to you.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return your shades if they aren’t the right fit.

Please visit our Returns page to begin the process.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your original pair for a refund and place a new order for the series you want.

Warranty & Defective Products

Yes. Every pair is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Loss, theft, fire, or water damage.
  • Damage from improper use or accidents (knocks, crushing, dents, or broken lenses).
  • Normal wear and tear on parts that naturally age over time.

Email info@vibesshades.com right away. To speed things up, include your order number and photos of:

  1. The product itself.
  2. The label on the back of the box.

Vibes Shades reserves the right to decline warranty service if the required documents are missing, incomplete, or unreadable.

Payment & Security

The three most common reasons are:

  1. Insufficient funds.
  2. The card was issued in a different country than where you are ordering from.
  3. Your bank is blocking the transaction for security.

Yes. All transactions are handled by Shopify with secure encryption. Your card details go directly to the bank and cannot be accessed by anyone else.

You are charged as soon as your order and payment are approved. If payment isn't received, we may cancel the order automatically.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. We do not accept bank transfers at this time.

Apply your code during checkout. Discounts are only valid for a limited time on our official site. If a valid code isn’t working, contact us at info@vibesshades.com.
