Our "Keep It" Refund Guarantee
At Vibes Shades, we do things differently to ensure your total satisfaction. To save you the hassle of repacking and shipping items back, we do not accept physical returns. If you aren't 100% happy with your shades, we will issue a refund directly to your original payment method, and you are welcome to keep the product, gift it, or donate it.
45-Day Request Window
You have 45 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. Requests made after this 45-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
How to Arrange Your Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing

Approval: Once your request is confirmed, we will process your refund immediately.

Timeline: You will see the credit back on your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

No Return Shipping: Since we do not accept physical returns, there are no return shipping costs for you to worry about.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives broken or you receive the wrong model, we will issue a 100% full refund or send a replacement free of charge—your choice!
